Our services extend beyond device distribution to address critical digital needs in society. We provide free laptops, including new and refurbished MacBooks, tailored for students, job seekers, and low-income families. We also distribute portable Wi-Fi devices, iPhones, tablets, iPads and offer internet connectivity through partnerships with programs like the FreegoviPhone.us, ACP Program, and freetabletgovernment.us.
To ensure long-term usability, we provide repair and maintenance services, including hardware fixes, battery replacements, and software troubleshooting.

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our free laptop services team and work closely with community members, partners, and organizations to promote technology access and digital inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee field activities related to promoting the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Lifeline program within the community.
- Engage directly with individuals to provide information about free laptops, Wi-Fi devices, and internet services, ensuring clear communication of eligibility requirements.
- Collaborate with brands such as Standup Wireless, TruConnect, Assurance Wireless, Panda Wireless, SafetyNet, and AT&T to facilitate the distribution of devices and services.
- Train and guide field agents on effectively assisting with applications for services and resolving common inquiries.
Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist to assist recipients with free laptops, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, guide device usage, and support Wi-Fi and internet services.
